Peak Yoga Summer Series is back at the Peak of Vancouver!
Stretch in the sunshine after a hike up the Grouse Grind or arrive by Skyride as you relax, breathing in the mountaintop fresh air. Enjoy 60 minute complimentary* yoga classes led by fabulous YYOGA instructors, every Saturday morning from 10 - 11am. Classes will run each week from July 6th to August 31st [weather permitting] in the Plaza at the top of Grouse Mountain, outside the Chalet.
A dynamic all-level 60-minute flow class that will awaken your physical body and connect movement with an intentional breath. With emphasis on alignment, you will flow through a sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. Come in with an open mind and an open heart.
